High-sensitivity colour cameras
The SSZ-9700 and SSC-9700 cameras expand EIZO's extensive portfolio of visual solutions for video surveillance of potential weather and environmental hazards and infrastructure.
The SSZ-9700 and SSC-9700 are two ultra-high sensitivity HD colour cameras equipped with a 2.12 megapixel 1/1.8 inch CMOS sensor. Even in extremely low light or poor weather conditions, the cameras capture clear colour images. This ensures clear images in hazy visibility or dark environments.
This is especially true where infrared video is inadequate or infrared technology cannot be used. They are ideal for a range of areas and applications where clear colour images are required even in difficult circumstances, such as harbours, rivers and dykes, disaster control, access and law enforcement and area surveillance.
SSZ-9700 with 35x optical zoom lens
The SSZ-9700 has a built-in 35x optical zoom lens that covers a focal length range of 6.5 to 230 mm. The combination of 35x optical zoom and 10x digital zoom allows users to achieve a maximum 350x zoom factor. This makes it possible to perceive objects and places at extreme distances, even in extremely low light conditions of only 0.004 lx.
SSC-9700 with 2.12 megapixel CMOS sensor
The SSC-9700, on the other hand, is offered as a camera with a lens mount so alternative lenses can be used and the solution can be adapted to individual requirements. The high-sensitivity video camera is equipped with a 2.12 megapixel CMOS sensor (1/1.8 inch). It delivers clear colour images in dark or hard-to-see environments, even in extremely low light conditions as low as 0.003 lx.
